The Very Reverend Canon Sandye A. Wilson, Dean and The Cathedral Church of All Saints
The Very Reverend Sandye Wilson is Dean of the Cathedral Church of All Saints in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands and Chaplain to the All Saints Cathedral School. She serves as a coach and mentor to many and is especially intrigued with how God’s paintbrush can be shared through her photography. She loves sharing Jesus, especially with youth and young adults.
The Cathedral Church of All Saints in St. Thomas, USVI, is an architectural wonder in the Caribbean. It is a beautiful and elegant building that dates back to the 17th century and is a stunning example of colonial Spanish architecture. The cathedral has an impressive bell tower and is surrounded by lush gardens and tropical trees. Inside, the church features intricately carved altars, stained glass windows, and a breathtaking vaulted ceiling. It is a popular destination for visitors to the island a beloved landmark for the local community.
We, the parish of The Cathedral Church of All Saints, seek to foster an inclusive Christian community that worships God through actions and ministries, service to others, promoting peace, justice, reconciliation and empowerment for the St. Thomas community. As a cathedral parish, we also embrace our responsibility of leadership within the Diocese.

Meet Our Vestry Members
LaVerne C. Blyden
LaVerne C. Blyden is a USVI Retired Educator, a member of the
All Saints Cathedral Church Usher Guild and a member of one of
the church’s Counting Team. She Is a mother to one son and
grandmother to two grandsons.
Gladise E. Connor
She was born on the beautiful island of St. Thomas, USVI, where she grew up in the Longpath/ Garden Street area. She is an alumni of CAHS and UVI. Gladise E. Connor is a mother of two sons and grandmother of one. She worked for the GVI and is retired. She is also a member of Steward Helpers.
Warren Hendrickson,
Senior Warden
Warren Hendrickson has served in the military for over 40 years and this is his first year as Senior Warden on the Vestry with previous service as a member for three years. He has traveled all over the world playing music for the military and loves mentoring kids in bands throughout the territory. He is a well-organized, fair, and firm believer in positive results.
Rosalie Bedford,
Junior Warden
Rosalie Bedford grew up in St. Kitts and has four beautiful children, nine grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. She is the Chaplain for the Usher Guild and this is her second year on the Vestry at the church. She loves helping, traveling, spending time with her family, and planting in her garden.

Lynnette Lindesay, M.Ed.
Ms. Lindesay has over 20 years experience in Education and numerous years in the Executive Administration fields. She has a love for photography, technology, creativity, and dance. She thanks God for the talents He has provided and the education that she has received from ASCS, CAHS, and FAMU.
Francine Penn-Scipio
Francine Penn-Scipio is a member of the CAHS Class of 1970 and was employed by GVI for 38 years in various administrative roles. She is the widow of the late Deacon Clarence Scipio and a proud mother of four children, eleven grandchildren, and a great grandmother to five children.
Lynette Petty-Amey
Lynette Petty-Amey has been a member of All Saints Cathedral Church for the last 50 + years. She currently serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for All Saints Cathedral School. She has previously served on the Vestry as the Clerk and Senior Warden, respectively.
Anthony Fontaine
Mr. Fontaine graduated from CAHS in 1992. He started his career in the Armed Forces and Department of Defense where he served for 26 years. He then moved back home in December 2018 and is currently with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Virgin Islands.
Lillian Garfield
Lillian Garfield, a Longpatherean, has been on the Vestry since 2016 when she served as Junior Warden. She has one daughter (Dionne Donadelle), one grandson, and is an integral part of the Altar Guild, ECW, and Outreach (Steward Helpers) for the church. Music and community service are her passions.
